Red light therapy panels

Compare panels on numbers, not hype.

The numbers that decide value: irradiance measured at a stated distance, cost per watt, warranty length and restocking terms. These are FDA-registered general wellness devices, not FDA-approved treatments for any condition.

Verified figures publish here panel by panel.
Each row appears only after its price, irradiance figure, warranty and restocking terms are read on the brand's own site on the date shown. Placeholder rows are not content, so none are shown yet.

Why the headline irradiance number misleads

Headline irradiance numbers mislead when the measurement distance differs: a figure quoted at 0 to 6 inches is not comparable to one at 12 to 18 inches. Compare only figures measured at the same distance, ideally third-party tested. Wavelengths and panel size matter alongside irradiance, and total dose is irradiance multiplied by time.

1

Irradiance at distance

Only same-distance figures are comparable. We note the measurement distance next to every number.

2

Cost per watt

Panel price divided by rated wattage, so size differences do not hide value differences.

3

Warranty and restocking

A cheaper panel with a restocking fee and short warranty can cost more than it saves. We verify terms on each brand's own policy pages.
